Deanne (Dee) Ross, PE

President & Project Manager

Dee joined NGC in 2004 and was the catalyst for our unprecedented growth. Dee is licensed in Indiana, Kentucky and West Virgina and was selected by Engineering News & Record's Top 20 under 40 for the Midwest Region.

Ken Ross, PE

Founder, Vice President & Project Manager

Ken founded New Generation Consulting in 1996. The company was incorporated in 2004 as NGC Corp. Ken is a director on the Board of the Aviation Association of Indiana and received the AAI President's Special Recognition Award.
